Votre nouveau site web est sensationnel… tout comme vos produits. Félicitations!
Je viens de passer ma traditionnelle commande de Noël (3 filets Balik Tsar Nikolaj). C’est encore tôt, mais deux précautions valent mieux qu’une!
J’ai dû m’enregistrer comme nouveau client (sûrement à cause du nouveau site). Pourtant, je ne le suis pas. Depuis quelques années, nous avons TOUJOURS du filet Balik au menu le 24 décembre!
Pendant la période de l’Avent, nous-mêmes et nos enfants (aujourd’hui adultes) nous régalons d’avance à l’idée du délicieux Tsar Nikolaj. De plus, le 24 au soir, la famille profite d’une maman décontractée qui ne passe pas des heures devant ses fourneaux à confectionner un repas de cinq plats, pour appeler ensuite tout le monde à table, complètement épuisée. Non, les choses se passent tout autrement. Nous prenons tout notre temps pour l’apéritif, en attendant d’avoir faim. Et ensuite, autour d’une table joliment décorée (dans laquelle j’ai eu tout le loisir d’insuffler ma créativité), nous savourons le Tsar avec du pain, sans oignons ni câpres.
Nous sommes toujours rassasiés, mais personne n’a l’estomac surchargé.
Nous comptons bien perpétuer encore cette tradition pendant un certain nombre d’années.
Un immense merci pour la super qualité de vos produits et votre service hyper professionnel. C’est le résultat de beaucoup de travail, d’une bonne gestion et d’une excellente organisation. Dans une entreprise, il suffit d’un seul grain de sable pour que toute la machine se grippe!

Die neue Web-Site ist sensationell…genau wie eure Produkte. Gratulation.
Habe soeben wieder meine übliche Weihnachtsbestellung (3 Balik Filet Tsar Nikolaj bestellt). Ziemlich früh, aber sicher ist sicherJ.
Musste mich (sicher wegen der neuen Website) als Neukunde einloggen. Bin ich aber nicht. Seit einigen Jährli gibt’s bei uns am 24.12. nuuuur Balikfilet!
Wir und unsere inzwischen erwachsenen Kinder freuen sich schon in der Adventszeit auf den köstlichen Tsar Nikolaj. Ausserdem erlebt die Familie am heiligen Abend eine total entspannte Mutter, die nicht schon stundenlang in der Küche einen 5-Gänger kocht, um danach völlig fertig die Familie an den Tisch zu nötigen! Nein, es läuft ganz anders. Wir nehmen uns mit dem Aperitif so lange Zeit bis sich der Hunger meldet. An einem wunderschön gedeckten Tisch (den ich in aller Ruhe kreativ gestalten konnte), geniessen wir den Tsar mit Brot und ohne Zwiebeln und Kapern.
Wir sind jeweils alle satt, aber niemand hängt mit übervollem Bauch in den StühlenJ.
Wir alle hoffen, dass wir diese Tradition noch einige Jahre geniessen können.
Ein grosses Dankeschön für die super Qualität und den äusserst professionellen Service. Da steckt sehr viel Arbeit, extrem gute Organisation, gutes Management dahinter. Wenn das kleinste Rädchen in einem Betrieb nicht funktioniert, funktioniert gar nichts!

Your new website is simply sensational…just like your products. Congratulations!
I have just placed my usual Christmas order (3 Balik Filets Tsar Nikolaj). Perhaps a bit early, but I wanted to be on the safe side.
I had to log in as a new customer (doubtlessly because the website is new). But I am not new. For some years now, the only thing we have ever had on 24 December is Balik Filet!
My wife, myself and our now grown-up children look forward as early as during the Advent season to your delicious Tsar Nikolaj. What is more, our family experiences a totally relaxed mother on Christmas Eve who has not been standing in the kitchen for hours cooking a five-course meal and then – completely exhausted – calls the family to sit around the table! No, things are entirely different. We enjoy our aperitif until we feel hungry. Sitting around a wonderfully decorated table (which I am able to design creatively without being hurried), we enjoy the Tsar with bread but no onions or capers.
Though we have always eaten enough, nobody lounges around after the meal with an overfilled stomach!
We all hope to continue this tradition for some years to come.
Our best thanks for your super quality and extremely professional service. An enormous amount of work, extremely good organisation and good management are behind this all. If the smallest cog in an organisation fails to work, nothing will work at all!
